Zibo Daranfang Silk Development Co., Ltd. Is a comprehensive silk joint-stock enterprise which integrates filature, weaving, printing, and dyeing, yarn dyed, home textile, garment as well as imports and exports. It owns 8 stock holding and participating companies, and establishes offices in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Huzhou.
The total assets of the company is RMB300 million yuan, and the number of its various production equipment are 1,500 sets. It successively introduced 134 Italian Somet rapier looms with internationally advanced level, 40 Japanese Tsudakoma air-jet looms, 2 Swiss Buser flat screen printing machines, 2 German Monforts hot-air tentering and heat-setting machines, 5 Italian Galvaqnin yarn package dyeing machines. The home equipments include 196 K251 shuttle looms, 12 vertical automatic reeling machines, 3 star frame production line of silk sourcing, one square type groove box, and 3 pad dyeing production line. There are also 1 German kusteis dyeing machine, 1 American Datacolor600 spectrometer and 1 Italian Orintex spectrometer, and Japanese Brother and Juki High speed sewing machines numbering more than 500 sets, the technical equipment level of which take leads in the same domestic industries.
The company’s production system is complete, among which, the annual production of all kinds of pure silk is 6,000,000 meters (the wide-breadth of 160cm-300cm home pure silk textile product is 300,000 meters ), the artificial silk and synthetic fiber fabrics is 6,000,000 meters, the bleaching pure silk is 20,000,000 meters, the dyeing silk fabrics is 33,000,000 meters, various printed fabric is 6,000,000 meters, the cotton flax dyeing fabrics is 20,000,000 meters, the color filament is 500 tons, and various kinds of silk costumes and home textile products is 20,000,000 sets.
The company is located at Zhoucun, which is reputed as the “first village under the sun” and famous for its “Daranfang” across the country.
